Details:
The Scotch Of St James nightclub in London has been a cool place since it opened in 1965. It closed in the 1980s but got a makeover in 2012. They mixed the 1960s style with modern stuff to keep its unique vibe.
You’ll find it hidden behind a small door in Mason’s Yard. It’s a cosy and special place, even though it doesn’t look fancy. Inside, there’s a great bar, fancy sound and lights, and a fun crowd of stylish London folks. The ground floor is chill with a cool vibe, good for drinks and checking out the history on the walls.
The basement is where the real party happens. It looks industrial and simple, but it’s perfect for music. They play all kinds of music, like rock, pop, DJs, and hip-hop, which sounds amazing.
This place is famous for having famous musicians visit. Jimi Hendrix played here first in the UK, and The Beatles and The Rolling Stones also came. Today, you might spot celebrities like Kate Moss, Cara Delevingne, and Georgia Jagger here.
The club is open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM. You have to dress nicely to get in. Don’t wear sports gear, jeans, or torn clothes. Go for smart casual to make sure you can get inside.
